Support Space
The idea for creating a supportive space was borne from the overwhelming confusion that can come with an ADHD diagnosis - whether it is for your child (in my case) or for yourself. There is a lot of information out there, but also a lot of ‘noise’. It is hard to know where to start.
What if being part of a community could help to normalise your experiences?
What would it be like to hear someone say ‘I feel that too?’
Being part of a supportive group can reduce feelings of isolation and shame, giving space to the overwhelm, guilt and self-doubt.
Join us for informal chats, shared understanding and practical strategies - within a safe space.
