Do I need an ADHD diagnosis?

No. You don’t need a diagnosis to book a Discovery Call or to work with me. Many people I support are self-identified, awaiting assessment, or simply recognise ADHD traits in themselves. What matters is your lived experience.

Is this a sales call?

No. This is a genuine conversation to explore what you’re experiencing and whether coaching feels like the right support for you. There’s no expectation or pressure to commit to anything.

What if I’m not sure what to say?

That’s completely okay. You don’t need to prepare anything or have the ‘right words’. We’ll take it gently and I’ll guide the conversation so you’re not left figuring it out on your own.

What if I get nervous or overwhelmed?

That’s very common - especially when talking about things that matter. We’ll go at your pace and you’re always welcome to pause, take a breath, or change direction during the call.

What happens after the call?

If coaching feels like a good fit, I’ll talk you through what working together could look like. If it doesn’t feel right, that’s okay too - the call can still offer clarity and reassurance.

Can I reschedule or cancel?

Yes, absolutely. Life happens. You can reschedule or cancel easily using the link in your confirmation email, with no judgement.
